Well, I would tell you, but sadly I don't use a computer, but I think it is available for the computer. SketchBook Pro, (or you could use regular SketchBook, the only feature I use is the more than 4-layers feature.) for iPad, but as I said, it should be available for the computer.

That depends on if you don't mind having no blending tool, and a max of twelve layers.
