Happy Chinese New Year, my dudes and dudettes! Traditionally celebrated within Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures, Lunar New Year honors the celestial journey of the sun and the moon as they cycle into another year.

This is, so far, my third drawing that I've made in celebration of Chinese New Year and the reason I wanted to draw for this year is because of the fact that my character designs have changed so much ever since I posted my Chinese New Year drawing last year: www.deviantart.com/babylambcar… . Back then, Belle had no limbs, Alice was still a caterpillar, and Baby Lamb's mouth was just completely black.

Still amazed at how much my own drawing skills have improved over the months and years, and I continue to get better and better at it. Personally, I love this one the most.

Anyways, the zodiac for Chinese New Year 2021 is the year of the Ox, or the Year of the Cow. And if you know me and my characters very well, you know that there's one certain cow that I love to draw all the time who's very prominent in my series, and that's none other than Cow McMoo himself (who's been proudly given the center of attention in this pic).

Not gonna lie, I'm not sure that I'll make a Chinese New Year drawing for next year. There's just no way for me to top this one lol
