Ever since I saw the TNG episode Redemption part II, I've always wondered if Sela ever really got along with her mother while she was alive. Sela made a point she was her daddy's girl, but you never know...

Well, to be honest, we don't see them together on screen, which is very unfortunate. But my head-canon is that they loved each other very much.
