The idea with the floating hair is really lovely!! Nice colors on the dress!
If I can give you a small advice - if you want to keep up practising with water colors you should use thicker paper. The colors will look even better and it's much easier to create wet-in-wet techniques for example.
But you're done a great job on this anyway
