First I want to say that this is a beautiful photo! The expression of the child is beautiful and the photoshot is just perfect!
I was looking for some photo's of children in Uganda and I saw this one. I am really interested in such photo's because I am going to Uganda too for half a year. I wanted to ask you if I may try to draw this picture... Because this shot is copyright of yours I just think it's good to ask it. If you don't want it: no problem, I can understand!

That's very interesting. Why are you going to Uganda? And you have been there before? Did you liked it? Is it as bad as how it's mostly showed on tv etc?
I am going to the south of Uganda in August to do voluntary work in an orphanage and to see something of the country! I think it will be a great experience.

The south part is very beautifull. I was there 2 years ago with some friends from an NGO that have a project over there. I had a great time trying to help and even though sometimes is pretty near to what you see on tv you will see that reality is much more touching . The big problem in Uganda is dealing with the people left in the refugee camps even though most of them have left the camps and went back to their homes . Anyway... since you said you will be going to the south you will not work in the camps wich are near Lira. In the south you can deal with batwa groups that were driven out of the forests where they lived untill the gov decided to make natural reservations and earn money from the tourist that want to see gorillas .
