Description So in the Impulse series Bart gets this ability to send copies of himself through time called Scouts (I think). So I figured if Booster could run across Kid Flash + Flash on the time traveling treadmill and Parallax, surely he’d come across Impulse.

Well ... (yes they were called scouts remember one of them ... uhm, you read Our World's at War? I think that's what it was called?) Ah, from back when comics were fun LOL and this would be neat LOL I see so many possibilities here for a comic book LOL

Mmm, was that the arc where they're on Apokalips and shit went down? I read the Young Justice and the Impulse related issues, but not the others because DAMN that's a lot. It's been a while since I finished them so I wasn't too sure. So thanks for the confirmation!

I wish DC wasn't allergic to fun. I mean, angst, violence, and sex is interesting but there's only so much of it I can take before everyone turns into Batman. :S Haha, Booster Gold and Impulse meeting would have made my year!

I think so. It was the biggest comic book crossover I'd ever seen, back then. It went through just about every DC book for an issue or two, and then they had specials, I know cuz I have the one for YJ, with the cover by Jae Lee and Superboy holding the burned and tattered flag ... its a little bit of awesome. Now that Marvel does it every crossover it doesn't seem so big by comparison. LOL

And yeah, DC's allergy to fun I attribute to Dan Didio, he took over Superboy then he got the EiC job and then the cancellations began of all my favorite books, Superboy, Impulse, Young Justice and LOSH repeatedly ... so yeah. Concurrent with that was the drop in readership so ... why he's still got the job he does is beyond me.
