A very nice shot of the park. I took a few shots of the lake when it frozen over, but I wasn't there in very good light. A beautiful park, but my favourite part is the archery range so I can go and use my bows

Yeah, I've been to Terre Haute twice now. I have friends that live there. I was there for a month last summer, and over Christmas, I'll also be there for a while this summer

I like this one too, now that I look at it more and more. I really like the unique creativeness to the way you toned this, I have never seen it so well done and like this, how inseparable the tones are but so flawless put together, how the land shoreline waves and curves its way around separating it. The capture of the sun in it with the bare branches, the bench, the path, its all beautifully captured in these tones, makes me really look at it time and time again.

I've been to this park a hundred times and totally don't recognize this spot. O_O Is it in the main part and not the wildlife preserve?

i dunno what part it is..but when u first enter the park u tern right....and there is a spot for fishing...

Oh, that is why I always go. For pictures. Although I have felt less than safe going as the cougar was spotted near there.

They've had a few other storys about it in the news, but I can't find them now. Any way, it escaped from the feline sanctuary in February. They set traps. Caught a cougar...that was not the cougar that escaped, incidentally. It was sited a few months ago in a field off of fruitridge. :[
