Caspian's attire for the Tunlian Red Moon Festival Masquerade~

Ah, I totally didn't finish this in time OTL; But things came up and I was unable to upload it
But! I didn't want to see it go to waste, so even though the Masquerade is over I decided to submit this~ Q u Q
My original inspiration for Caspian's costume was Empoleon. I freaking love Empoleon, and I thought that the pokemon would suit him... but then thinking on it more I thought Empoleon isn't exactly "springy" so I went with Swanna as well! Sort of like a winter turns to spring kinda deal <3.
I have so much fun making outfits * u *This one was a pain in my butt though |'DDDD Only because I was so indecisive and this is I think the 8th version //hit
The part I like most is his slicked back hair |'DDDD Tried to do something new.
I hope everyone had fun at the masquerade!
