I can't tell if it was all photography or if it's a mix of photography and digital touching up.
It sort of looks like some really well-made digital art, but I'm mostly saying that because the hair doesn't look realistic as a photo, but more like something you'd see in digital art.

It is a mix of photography and digital touch up and painting. The model is photography, all the rest is digital work. The hair was painted by *hellonlegs and she provides it as stock - it's actually pretty handy for me, because I don't have a wacom table and you can guess it's pretty hard work to draw hair by hair with a mouse

Yeah I can definitely relate with you on that. Do you have the model pose nude or partially nude, and just fill in with overlays and clothing?
