About this horse:
Eddie can easily be defined as a gentle giant. He is always careful with his stepping, and if he knows he is going to put someone or something in harms way he will do his best to avoid it, even if it means refusing what it is that his rider is asking for him. But it's not out of disobedience is just his intelligent and kind nature coming through. Unfortunately, he isn't always this way around other horses, especially horses near the same height of him. He has obvious nerves, but not aggression, when he is in close proximity of them due to a bad run in with an aggressive stallion at a young age that left him a bit roughed up. He tends to do better in an pasture on his own, or with ponies, donkeys, goats, or cows. Despit this though, he is eager to please his riders, and can do well with any level or rider whether it be a ride for confidence building or an upper level rider looking to put in a few solid and safe rounds.
