It's easy! You just have to select the "eraser tool" in your photoshop, and then choose the little "leaf brush" that comes in the default photoshop pallette, then, erase some parts of the dress. Then, select the "brush tool" and then select the "leaf brush" and of the same color of the dress, make the fragments.
