Loving the negative space...
Something interesting about this shot - the hands look like they may or may not belong to the model we see here.
There is a strong sense of movement in this picture: as the eye snakes from the tip of his mohican, down through the fingers, along the arm and finishing at that hint of stomach with it's fine trail of hair. You could have emphasised this movement by cropping the left and right sides of the frame in and making the image more elongated - however that said, it's almost a stylistic signature of your work that your frames are often more square like in their proportions, and besides which if it was cropped you'd lose all that negative space which ominously presses in on the subject from all sides.
I agree with vividlight on the choice of lyrics... very nice.

That's why I love you Baron. I DID crop the image to make it more elongaged and traditional but after seeing it on the webpage it didn't feel right and I re-posted it full frame. My twin lens gives a nice square negitive and after years of cropping images just as you described I went back and undid all of it.
Negative space tells a story all it's own.
Now lemme see...I know I've gave you the kisses and hugs...how bout some balloons?

Most definitely. Fav songs are Hiroshima, Man Who Dies Everyday, Maximum Acceleration, Quiet Men. And I really like his solo records and 45's. You Tube has some great stuff. I wish I could have seen tem. I did see Ultravox on there first tour with Midge and it was great. He looked great in a celt (sic). But they never really captured the full force on LP. The mix of real drums bass guitar and synth. Got pushed much to far to the synth pop direction. Losing much of the power.
