Time to add some more Fallout 4 fan art, cause I love this game. One of my favorite characters is Hancock, I think I just really think ghouls are very cool, I would play one if the game allowed it. Hope you guys all enjoy please let me know if you do with a comment or two.COMMISSIONS!!! If you have a game character you want drawn up send me a message and check out my guidelines here... So here are the rules I am doing Original characters with enough reference and also non original characters (fan art like Batman or Frodo) in a more cartoony/chibi style, digitally colored with a simple color background. 1 character full body. Pg-13 no porn or nudity. But violence is cool.

Maybe one day, there will be a possibility for the PC to become a Ghoul under certain circumstances. Like, nearly maxing out the RAD bar several times over. Of course, since it would be permanent, you should have to do it on purpose.
But it would be a nice addition. It would truly paint radiations as a real threat, that can not always be cured by a pack of RadAway.

I made a home brewed fallout tabletop RPG for my gaming group where you could play as a ghoul, human, or super mutant. It was a lot of fun! I had a lot of fun ghoul npc characters for them to interact with and on player was a Russian ghoul from the war
