Description This is Zane, when he was just about 6 or 7 weeks old. He's a purebred Amreican Staffordshire Terrier, better known as a Pit Bull. I love his markings, he's a gorgeous dog.

American Staffordshire Terriers aren't actually known as pit bulls, American Pit Bull Terriers are. But as Amstaffs are a genetic strain of APBTs, I guess people often call them such.

A very cute puppy! Unfortunately this breed is now banned in Norway... They are great dogs as long as you socialize them right. Good posture for the camera!
