As a long-time fan of tattoos, this is particularly bitchin'.
Life/death combos are certainly not new to the Ink world, but there is such a touching balance here. This feels as much like a plant as it does like a hand, and both images, especially in their combination, are striking.
Definitely a win for the teams of imagination and realism.

Awesome! Very cool to put it forward as a DD! I think all Erin's work is fantastic and believe me I was so impressed with how quick she knocked this one out, without sacrificing any detail!

Me too I've actually been trying to draw a hand holding a paintbrush for like, 2 weeks now. She posted this and I was like...I give up haha So fantastic and I'm totally jealous of this amazing work you have on ya ;D

Oh I know...it was crazy becuase the original idea didn't quite fit right so she pretty much drew this up on the spot....I wanted to cry a little bit haha! Hands are a bitch so I don't blame you!
