And of course, now I have to go back and make art like this for all the Axel the Alligator characters I have so far. Next up is, of course, Axel himself!
I messed up a couple of things in this one but I still rather like it, so I hope you do too!
I still have to figure out more about his personality and lore but for the time being: Axel is your regular cool protagonist with a heart of gold. He's got an attitude but loves to help people, and he gets injured a lot from all the adventures he's always on. The green jewel around his neck is a family heirloom worn by his ancestors and passed down through the generations! It's really precious to him. His signature attack is the Death Roll, where he grapples enemies and rolls them around in a high speed ball form!
