Why is some of it fuzzy and some of it not? I like the drawing but this sort of confuses and sets it off for me.

I was a bit busy.
I'm using SAI and it's called the Acrylic Brush.
I played around with the settings a bit though and all I do is just overlay the dark and the light in messy rows.

She looks like one of those cartoon cats that have baths, then they shake themselves and their fur puffs up and then they look like big balls of fur
