Everyone hates a critic.
The primal / tribal look is outstanding. Another stellar photo.
My mind struggles with the Catholic cross.
It could be any of ...
1) Inconsequential to what you were trying to achieve.
2) A blooper.
3) The key to a far greater meaning that I cannot entirely reason through.
Granted you cannot be expected to have all of the props in the world, but I would recommend either (3), above; a necklace of fangs from carnivorous victims of the past; or no necklace.

It's very minor. I usually only criticize when it cannot really be done at all (it's something of an inside joke that I will never be able to properly explain).
No need to edit. Purist photography is very rare and underrated.
