WHELP! It turns out this little guy was still available in the Dream World forgive my noobiness with the DW it was the first time I actually tried it out properly believe it or not TwT and how could I turn down a male Cleffa.

I actually came up with this really cool story on how these two meet >3< As soon as I can, I'm going to write it out and post it. Till then, I'm going to finish this doodle when I get home.
