Speaking of surprises I'm looking in to a 97 318is man as a mess around car. What do you think ? There one in my area with a cracked windshield and a bad fuel pump for $1500. Shits a steal at that price

A BMW is always a good choice to have fun, but it all depends how much you have to invest to make it usable... well again it depends on what do you want to do with it

Well it's got 140HP so it's a start. It's a standard , 4 cylinder So so far so good but the acceleration is piss poor 0-60 in 8.8 seconds ? Damn if I get it I wanna at least make 220 HP and 0 to 60 in 5 seconds. I know with these BMW's it's not that hard but I also gotta remember that that 4 banger has to haul around 4000 pounds of German engineering. So basically I want to make it a baby M3 with a 4 cylinder the ultimate sleeper
