the real scene involves little Menma at the age of 7 and Sasuke as his godfather who had a meeting with Orochimaru before
after that he comes 'home' with a big headache and puts his head on the bed when Menma arrives to tell him he can't sleep..
after that Sasuke is all busy and cute with the little one ... while Naruto, Menmas big brother, has to stand in the corner ... sobbing because no sexy Sas for him tonight xD
