ii havnt gaven up on this OC just yet
actually im using him as a character in doctor who ya know cuz hes like a android
hes in love with the doctor and tries to make the doctor fall in love with him a lot by acting sensually and cross dressing all the time but the doctor never notices it and thinks its just a thing Q does
they meet in a kokoro situation the doctor goes forward in time with the TARDIS and finds out a robot with emotions is going to be made, a break through for technology and the robot will look 100% human even with artificial parts but when things go terribly wrong the factory catches fire the doctor was unluckily unable to save everyone except the robot himself
he took him to the TARDIS where he awoke but had no emotions the last installment was not made because of the fire but after a while of being with the doctor the robot opens up the TARDIS's heart and sense the heart of the TARDIS has like magical powers he got his emotions thus making the character himself
