I'm wondering how do you do those details on Casey's bandana and the paintings on his clothings.

Well the blotches of painting on Casey's clothes is a Photoshop brush I downloaded for free. The patterns on his bandana is a free vector I found for free which I had to open on Adobe Indesign to convert it to PDF so that I could then open it on Photoshop and then add it to his bandana. I'm a graphic designer so I know my way around these programs
