This is what they said
well, as far as i know, as long as they have an account with paypal with an active credit card on the account, all they have to do is click on the 'send money' tab near the top of the screen (next to the 'my account' tab)...then they just put in your paypal username in the 'to:' category, set the payment to the currency type, click one of the selections for what the payment is for (the choices are goods, services or ebay items) and then hit 'continue' from there...the rest should just be confirmation stuff.
