Well, that's a silly reason for something not to deserve views. There are lots of things that ae generic. The guy you were complaining about not getting views? Guess what? His art is amazing. But the first thing I saw when I went to his page was a digital pokemon painting. Awesome, but generic.

Not all people. Sometimes people enjoy having things in common, and being fans of the same show/video game/artist is one of the least controversial things you can have in common with someone. Where would the world be if we found all our similarities in something like politics?
Michi was very original in designing her fursona, so it became a fandom, because people liked her ideas. *shrugs* I really don't see why that's so hard for you to understand.
