I'm sure people who watch me saw fan art of Belle coming. XD It was about time. Also, I apologize for the terribly yawn-worthy background. XDAnyway, it's been so long since I've drawn a picture completely digitally! D: I'm proud of it though, considering I HATE HATE HATE drawing line art in photoshop. XDXD I make it more difficult than it needs to be.
The only brush I used was for the sparklies...
