This is a sketch, lol.
Well, actually I dont know how many times I will work with her, draw her etc. but I kinda fell in love with this idea so......I decided to create her.
Her ancestors were chinese and her family even now have a lof of chinese culture influence.
She has a lot of details about which I need to think and this is mostly only a conception of an OC.

Name Meaning : Blue sky + Happiness, blessedness.
Hero Name: 群青 - Gunjo , ' Ultramarine '

Kofuku has a quirk which called 'Bluebird of Fortune'.

Her hair isn't hair but feathers where each feather could massively scale up your percent of 'luck'. For example - your opponent can lost the concentration when you needed it or the weapon of your opponent could be broken when oppponent didn't realized it.
Each feather has a different length and percent of abilities.
Very small feathers could give you very small percent of luck, like - to make your next 1 kick more strong and powerful.
When the longest feathers could help you with something much more problematic, like save you from next fatal incident.
Her feathers increase year on year, for a long time. She has only two feathers for to do something very powerfull. If she decide to use it - new similar powerfull feathers will appear a few years later.
It's enough easy - to pull out a short feather. But it becomes more difficult with longer feathers. For to pull out the longest feathers Kofuku needs help of other people.
For her - small and middle-length feathers also can help her to use bird's abilities for a short action - for to soar as a bird ( ~ 1-3 minutes per each feather ) or for to jump good, for example ( it also has a time limit ).

She also has 'feathers limit', and it depends of feather's type. \ Something like - 20 small feathers or 8 mid-length feathers per fight \
After that she need a long time for regeneration.
