Arright! With this, my task was reduced
Actually, already asked me to draw this pairing a long time ago, but well, I just finished it now 
They're Chie Satonaka and Yukiko Amagi (unofficial) pairing from Persona 4 game. I dunno if it's official or not, actually. But some hints like(spoiler!) Yukiko see Chie as her charming prince--in a unstraight-forward way of talking, feelings and bonds between them.. And many more
I myself prefer Yukiko as my first date--on the game, and Chie becomes my BFF
Oh, and I change their default costume a bit. Let's say it's their winter costume, alternative one.
