ofcourse, whenever the photo is taken, the people in the photo give pose, that is inevitable. but there some moments, the model of the photo be him or herself. then, we can say that image is a photo.
yer in your photo there is a fiction, but the power of your photo and the fiction comes from its naturalness.
all three face expressions are very imressive, the face in the center is my favourite.

lovely! i like the serene feel to it and the contrast of different faces, hair and levels / positions. To me, it doesn't necessarily look set up.. this could've just been a spontaneous photo of 3 best friends sharing a moment as they talk.
