I bought it on ebay. Unfortunately I can't find the link anymore. It was a medium long pink and white wig which I styled. I hope that helps you a bit.

Well I don't like J-pop very much, since I feel like it is a bit un-organized, and you are right about the sleeping halls!. If they had those, I would most likely attend. I just feel like I pay a lot for attending to J-pop, adn I donøt get much out of my money. Therefore I do not go there anymore. I only attended once though, last year (as Perry the Platyus XDDD)

- Hope you like our skit. It was our very first time ever performing a cosplayskit, and we started practising on the day in the morning, so that explains all our mistakes. But we had fun and that is what matters the most! ^^

Looking at the act you guys made, and this picture just makes me realise how happy I am that you wanna be the Effie of my video 8D (if you're still interested? XD I know it's taken a while longer than I said.. But it's still work in progress, and I might just have gotten the hottest voice to voice the Peeta part of the song 8D)
Anyways, you're the best Effie cosplayer I've ever seen 8D it's simply too cool!
