Mmm... difficult to choose. I'll say the one in re4 when you meet for the first time chainsaw guy... damn I almost shitted myself there! I think the chainsaw guys are the scariest through the whole game. In comparison Lickers are just too cute. XD

agreed but for me the ultimate scare was this police officer turning into a zombie in resident evil 2 in his office at the police station,felt like i died on the spot, was pale as a ghost when i saw that extreme close up transformation 0.0
if you're not scared check youtube "finding the detonator in Re2" you'll see why i consider it scary
