How you created grass? Light is V-ray san and sky?
I was always tormented by making the grass. Hair and fur often make mistakes. Your grass is very natural and beautiful!
What is technology? Or do you have a pattern?

the first picture (darker) i used a vray sun and a vray light about in front of the building. on the 2nd pic i used only vray sun, nothing special

Yes but i like the big contrast. The wall is overexposed and the grass next to fence is underexposed.
