ya ya I know EVERYONE uses 'neo' but i couldn't find a better way to describe it. This is her fuku from my fanfiction "The Lady's Mistress, here >>> [link]Chibiusa's is the same, but with a crescent moon on her brooch, and where hotaru has purple chibiusa has pink and vice versa. She also has the moon scepter/staff. Hopefully Chibiusa will be up soon!
