**Giggles!**
Over the years, I have been up and down about Christmas and I have discovered that I love it very simple these days. A Christmas tree is ok, but I cringe when I remember the cats getting into it when Mom was looking away as she decorated it. You had the madness of people running all over Gawd's creation, hunting for the newest lights, the best presents, and assaulting people with the wide range of songs. While that's fine for those who enjoy it, it's not for me. I like the simple things as I said earlier. A lot of it is that I used to watch my poor Mom kill herself trying to make sure each Christmas was special and better than the last, but over the years, she would wear herself out, doing it all, and then sleeping much of Christmas afternoon away. Pop was a rock when it came to Christmas, though I found out he was agnostic. Honestly, it didn't matter to me, but he made sure we had the best tree and to keep the cats out from underneath or climbing the tree when he was around. He also worked as a salesman at SEARS, remember when they were great, selling sporting goods and electrics like Atari games, which was how I had such a grand collection! Originally, it was bought for the family, but I played it far more times than anyone else, especially after having all of my homework done. That was the reward! But he managed to keep Mom happy and us kids, the grand-kids, and then the great-grandkids! WOW!

Thank to my groovy memories of wonderful Christmases, many of them celebrated these days with friends and the Firm, I think of Captain Taffy the Magical Pirate and the Mighty Caitlynn Priscilla Wildfire, her first mate as they celebrate the wondrous season, thanks to the awesome work of 14-bis
