Description Ohmygawd ... inking this was such a problem since my hand was shaking through much of the start of it. I think I was a bit nervous to be working after about a week or so down.

Forgive me ... I'm getting ahead of myself.

After seeing version of Koku-chan, I thought I would do my own take on the "Shadowknight" herself for a warm up exercise like I used to do a few years back. I decided to do this one without the mask ... since I don't see a lot of her without it. Also, I love rendering ears and hair!

My pleasure! Kidd-P got me thinking of trying it out and I love her hair. Her human self? Darling, she's got more than that? I know she's got a "bat form" but I always thought it was a magical costume. Forgive my ignorance.

Hehe, It's a little vague. She does get a couple of physical changes as well: Sharp teeth, pointy ears and the wings and her eyes go yellow. ^_^

You can never be too harsh All artists can be very critical of their own work. And its the viewers and friends job to tell them what they need to improve on or how they think of it. Not that the artists themselves can't do that too but still.

Thanks for that ... I feel like it was some of my worst since my hand was trembling. Now, in fairness to myself, copy paper is not the best stuff to be inking on. It soaks up ink like a sponge and the edges loose a lot of their crispness. And this was the first one posted in a week ... and scanned in at 800 DPI.
