Nice pic. So hat did you think of Cobra Commander when the movie came out?

I didn't like the way he was portrayed. The background was cheesy and the CC outfit/mask was horrible. I was really disappointed.

We all were. At first I was happy to see him in the movie , but then later my uncle and I were talking and realized "Was the Hood unavailable, why is he talking like that, and why does the faceplate look bad"?

They said they wanted to "update" CC for the film. That's a nice idea, but updating doesn't always mean it's a good thing. I was sooo looking forward to seeing the hood (which they didn't do because of KKK references. Seriously.), or the chrome faceplate and helmet. If they really wanted to update it, there are A LOT of better ideas out there on the net that were certainly better than what they came up with. I don't think there is gonna be a second movie, due to the low box returns. Sadly, we will probably not get to see a better CC on screen for a long while.

Yeah since when does Cobra Commander look like a Klansman, and sorry to disappoint you, but they are making a second movie.

Oh not disappointed, but I hope they do better with CC this time. I mean, if they can make Snake-eyes look like he did in the comics and cartoon with such an iconic look, why mess with CC? His look is iconic as well.

Yeah that is true. If they can make Snake Eyes look like the way he looks in the cartoon and comics, why couldn't do that with Cobra Commander?

Let's just hope the next movie is better adapted from the iconic "looks" that were previously created and not some wacko's idea of a "cool new look". Plus, I can't wait to see how they accomplish Destro. We got a quick look at how his mask looks, but not enough time to really "see" him.
Again, I hope CC looks better in the next than in the last.

Right, besides that, the movie was kind of terrible. When I become a direcctor I plan on rebooting G.I. JOE with respect and honour.

Along with other francise, like the transformers. People have argued saying that the Michael Bay transformers movie are good or bas. So I'll try to make it good for everyone.
