I wasn't sure whether to upload this or not, BUT HERE WE ARE. I GOT EXCITED.
What to say about this. Whale costume details or wurt. I'll just go with that.
CONSTRUCTION:
The wig is a bubble gum pink Wisp wig I bought off of the cosplay. com marketplace and then the ponytail is a silky straight extension in dusty pink. I dyed the Wisp wig and then curled the extension. Styled the bangs and back yes. I would like to re-do the wig!!
The shirt is a white linen, lined and the pink on the bottom is the back of satin. There is bias trim all around! SO MUCH BIAS. This is like...the first functioning buttonholing I have done. uwahah it worked somehow.
The vest thing is made of pink chiffon. Everything is french seamed in that puppy. :3 Pink ribbon ties up the back!
The skirt is a seersucker plaid, which I thought was a great idea for some reason. I'd like to get a bottomweight plaid and not seersucker and re-make it. :3 The lace I found really cheap and thought it was a good match when I first saw it and now I really hate it and want a much better lace LOL The gold detail is vinyl painted with rub n buff, the best thing to ever exist ever.
The thigh highs were black tights I made into thigh highs. The thigh details and shoes, I want to die forever and I'm not going to talk about them because if I wear this again I AM REMAKING THEM.
I also made Serah's earrings out of sculpey many moons ago, the hairband and bracelet with pretty beads! But the bracelet's beads fell off at some undisclosed time and they were there and then SUDDENLY GONE ;A; so much money spent gone FOREVER oh well.
The armband was made by ~LexiRay , my wonderful big sis ;A; So we would match <3
And the engagement pendant was made by my Snow, also so we would match :3
