I am shaking because you have executed this so perfectly and beautifully... I have never wanted to hug and protect Frisk more than I have right at this moment. This... You've just captured the essence of this feeling so perfectly... Because it isn't necessarily something people think about. Frisk is a KID. A kid that fell into a large mountain filled with monsters they've likely only heard about in lore... And they've been killed over and over and over, and have had to stand up to truly terrifying things...
And you just capture that struggle so perfectly in this image. I'm blown away.

It could be that Frisk said this and then started crying while the flower just kept repeating it-

Maybe it's one of the flowers caught something in the Genocide Run. The monsters are in evacuation/evacuated by the time you get to Snowdin and Waterfall. It could've been any monster that was on the run.
