Description
In the middle of a farm, in a quiet countryside town, stands a scarecrow; lovingly hand-stitched out of old burlap bags and ropes, and stuffed with plant clippings. To the unknowing eye, she would appear to be a normal scarecrow. However, legend has it that the old farmland she resides upon has been haunted for thousands of years. So when the last gentleman moved there, seeking a slice of the "simple homesteading life", he got way more than he bargained for. It was said that his body was found only a couple of days after moving there, face-down, right next to where the scarecrow was staked into the ground, and that all the nearby crops had seemingly sprung up overnight. This incident is only one of several that have been recorded. Though the investigators are never able to find a proper explanation, the locals of this town do their very best to stay far, far away..... 🎃🍂
