I was partly inspired by "Me Without You" by TobyMac (10/10 would recommend), and it led me to "a God shaped hole" and what i think that would look like. Also, shes purple because the art style is inspired by DestinyBlue, who doesn't use human colors a lot (Love u Blue xx). Anyway, she is human, i just prefer to think of the coloring as through a different filter, or something to that effect. So this is what I feel is representation of a God shaped hole for me. Everyone has one, some try to fill it with earthly things, others fill it with God, and other have learned there lesson about filling it with anything but God. I would also care to mention that this is the VERY FIRST piece ive ever done in this style, with the intention of succeeding. I've done a couple other paintings in the past that didn't matter if they were good or not, but i actually wanted this one to be good. I hope that made sense. Anyway, enough rambling, i hope you like it cx
