I'm reall, really stunned by that, because the picture is just so full of pretty details, so that you don't know where to look at first ^.^
You did such a great job on the character as well as the dynamic flying pose!!! And I just love the way you painted all the fur, especially the neck fur, because this is just so full of details and you can see every single hair/stroke, which is just so awesome, so great job on that!!! Those wings are also awesomely done and like the fur they are also painted so realistic and detailed, so they also look so stunning as well!!! ^.^
The color combination of the background is just awesome as well as pretty and works so well together!!! Especially all those yellow tones look like there is really a sun shining behind those clouds ^^ The clouds are also very well done and I really like the shading and highlighting on them as well as their fluffy look
Can't say more to that awesome picture, since I'm really stunned by its beauty... So very awesome job!!! You're getting better and better with every picture

Your new fur style is gorgeously detailed, as are the wing membranes. And the markings flow nicely in the fur, rather looking stuck on afterwards.

HOKAYTHISFUR. I LOVE how you experimented with the colors lke that. I adore how you incorporated the shades right in with the fur and GAH you drew like EVERY STRAND and UGHHH those COLORS. His blues are so amazing and vibrant and his whites and blacks are so crisp and pure and amazinggg and I am ALWAYS blown away by your wings. Their semi-transparency and amazing shimmeriness and all those beautful little rips and tears.
And honestly. Wut. WUT can I say about the BG? You have SUCH an amazing handle on clouds. I am so amazed and totally jealous xDDD at how beautiful they are. They're so COLORFUL and POOFY. The bright lights and the pretty darks and omg you filled the sky with starsssssss.
I love... like... all of this. I want to ramble moar buttt I suck but WOW I love this. One of my favorite things about you is that you NEVER stop experimenting and I have SO much respect and admiration for you. Thank you so so much again. I absolutely adore this SO so very much. <33333

Firsty the Background!
Its amazing : ) i love the yellow colored clouds. Combined with the awesome sun and sky it sets a heavenly, angelic setting : )
And i just love how sharply the Warm background colors contrast witht the cool colors of the character. They really pull your eyes to the character and makes it looks so much awesomener.
The character itself. WOW. i just LOVE how you did the fur in this! The fur looks so soft and shiney <3 And those antlers! Amazing <3
And the WINGS! omg just stunning! I love the texture you put in them!

You positively outdid yourself on this one, let me tell you that. I'm going to say what everyone else has already mentioned; you've improved so much. Its a great thing to see an artist improve (I'm tempted to actually do one of those 4 or 5 year memes to see how I've improved!) because that is what we should strive for as artists. What good is staying at the same level?
I can't decide on what I like more, the way you've painted the fur or the horns. The fur, well, it looks incredibly soft and silky, especially silky. Nice job blending in the blue markings as well, they fit in nicely without looking "pasted" on. The horns look so perfectly structured and reflective.
Just outta curiosity, how long did this take you with this newly tested style? The results are fantastic.

Even if you don't fill out the meme, try to find some old sketchbooks and stuff. I bet you've improved loads - heck, I can certainly see it in your gallery.
I honestly don't know an exact time, sorry! x: The only idea I can give you is that I sketched this on the 10th Dec, and I got it finished on the 10th Jan. That's not to say I was working on it non stop of course - I had the deadline of Christmas for some commissions and this wasn't one of them! XD All I can say is that I worked on it on and off over that time period. n_n
