Jasne. Tuż koło cmentarza Rakowickiego  
Idąc prosto od kościoła karmelitów po lewej stronie można to zobaczyć bez problemu. 

Ale z tego co wiem spora część obiektów jest już wyburzona. 
Niedaleko powstał nowy blok mieszkalny

It was military base
During communism i think because there was few propaganda writings on transparents
