Don't let the title mislead you, this is a very old thing I started and just now finished it xD
Abit ago, I put temporary blue dye in my hair, since my mom will not let me dye my hair any unnatural colour, don't ask, so my hairdresser suggested temporary wash out stuff.
Long story short, it was a horrible idea and got stuck in my hair, but it looked good for a day or two!
I just really wanted to draw Poochie with that hair style, it looked too cute to not do it.
