I think it sucks that meat is supposed to have lots of protein and it's good for you...but the catch is that only CERTAIN KINDS of meat are good, and those are usually the weird-tasting kind.

Blue meats are actually my favorites. The texture is just- Ugh, heavenly. The flavors are amazing, so... Unique. I mean, yeah, sometimes the texture is a bit chewy and the flavor can be a bit smoky, but other than that, I love me some blue meat. Ooo, and what's really nice is if there's a nice, soft layer of white and purple over it. Instantly gives it 10x more flavor.

Actually, it is bad for you. Our digestive systems are not designed to digest red meat. Humans are herbivores naturally. Everything about us, our teeth, our saliva, out stomach acid, our digestive system length, they all coincide with other herbivores. Not to mention the numerous health problems that eating red meat causes such as heart disease, cancer, high cholesterol, and obesity. Just some *cough* food for thought
