I remember I did this with markers and when I scanned it in I didn't edit it at all so it's all faded and ghetto. When I started drawing things like this a lot of the followers stopped hanging around. You know them 'Fake' friends haha!

Haha I donno ask them! Honestly though, it was harsh at the time but DA has some ultra good artists and just nobody comments. I can't really complain. I've seen such awesome beautiful art with no comments it's a crime....here I'll find one..[link]

Well, I know how he feels sometimes I'll spend six or so hours on a piece and not get a single comment and be like "Does it suck?" but other people will be like "Oh he is so good no need to comment he already knows." But us artists don't think like that you know. We want people to give us a pat on the back etc. Or maybe that is just me? I donno haha. I don't draw for praise or anything, but I acknowledge that a lot of super good artists get looked at and then forgotten. In art school they say people on average will look at a piece of art for six seconds before walking away. Sometimes it'll take you twelve hours and they look at it for six seconds. I was worried about line quality and color perfection and the average viewer is done with it in a few seconds. That is the vanity I embraced back then. Don't sweat the small stuff now, just have fun.

Haha, nice Pun. Yes, the DEEP end! Straight into the lair of the Murbeasts themselves! Drawing creatures of fantasy and lore is always fun. Especially when they are rotting and a angler fish is involved. Fun for the whole family!
