Description
Anzu ( C )
Species: Anzu borealis
Class: Beast
Habitat(s): Redwood, Woodlands, Forests
Diet: Omnivore
The skittish and somewhat charming Anzu, also known as Giant Forestfowls or Demon Chickens, are medium-sized dinosaurs with more bird-like features and behavior. Anzus are as large as Ostriches, yet not as fast. Though Anzu can still outrun most predators like Skorpiovenator, along with speed Anzus have other tricks in their metaphorical sleeves.
Anzu can spew a small portion of their stomach acid at foes, this substance is incredibly foul-smelling and if it hits the skin it causes irritating rashes or may give foes a horrible illness known as Anzu flu. Anzu flu is a virus found in the stomach lining of Anzus, this virus has been known to affect dinosaurs and some mammals, mostly humans. In dinosaurs, the host is more aggressive and attack anything along with vomiting irregularly, however with time the virus in its dinosaurian host has eventually died off. In humans, it causes high fever, vomiting, blurry vision, and aggressive behavior, though not lasting very long in its human host.
Despite the virus, Anzu meat is very delicious and if served right by removing the stomach, then the Anzu is completely safe to cook and consume. As tames or pets, Anzu can be used as mounts for traveling or pack animals.
