Your daily dose of my family shenanigans is over. Now! Who here is a fan of the author(s) Erin Hunter? No? Don't know the name but it sounds familiar? It's the name of a bunch of authors responsible for creating the Warriors Cats and Survivors (the dog version of Warriors) series! Why am I bringing this up you ask? Because I totally stole the seasons names from those books.
Okay, stole is a harsh word. I just really like the idea that animals call seasons different things, so I thought it'd be cute to reference the two book franchises by making it a thing in Homebound. New Leaf and Leaf Fall is from Warriors, and Long Light and Ice Wind is from Survivors.
