This piece of art was done for 's contest: Event-tan!She has been designed to represent the 16th birthday of a girl, otherwise known as the sweet 16!
The paper in her hand says: Keep calm cause its my birthday ouo
The entire thing is her dress, Its all transparenty in some places.
