The only thing I would change is the guy's left hand. It appears to be on backwards.

Perfectly fine. Speaking from experience you ALWAYS know how to hold your own child (assuming he's his of course).Β
As for critique, I believe the child's limbs should have been shortened significantly to better signify his age in the comic world. Almost looks like he's carrying his miniature boss.Β

I tend to think that little kids are much more delicate and fragile so I always try to be cautious when holding them but I know it's kinda unnecessary haha
