well for a 13 year old that's pretty good i would just recommend adding shading to it. i mean, i'm only 15 so i don't know that much about art but that's all i can guess for now. its really good though

well for that drawing i used two shadings of a basic color, like blue. basically all you have to do for shading is simply make one color darker than the other, but still being blue
